My name is Caitlin Porretta. I work as a photographer under the name Caitlin Porretta Photography, in a freelance capacity since 2009.  I have studied photography and multimedia at both Columbia College in Chicago and Western Michigan University.  During my time in New York, I have assisted well-known concert photographer Todd Kaplan, and have photographed concerts for top musicians Wiz Khalifa, Imagine Dragons, Shania Twain, Halsey, Metric, Chevy Woods, Die Antwoord, Heart, and Cheap Trick.  I have an eye that captures emotional depth. One skill that sets me apart is the ability to convey that emotional depth and message to the viewer. 
 
I am able to adapt to different styles of photography. This includes documentary, concert, creative portraiture, artistic and event photography.
